DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to book most services.
Esthetics Services: Deposits are refundable if cancellation or rescheduling occurs at least 48 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Permanent Makeup (PMU) Services: All PMU deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits secure extended appointment time and preparation and are applied toward the total service cost.

LATE CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Clients who cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of their appointment will forfeit their deposit. Appointments that do not require a deposit will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled and will either forfeit their deposit or be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
No-show appointments will result in future declination of services.
If you no-show your PMU touch-up appointment or do not return within the recommended 6–8 week
timeframe, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply.
