We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. Please use the appointment link you received via text or email to reschedule or cancel.

A deposit is required to book for most services. As we book out weeks in advance, clients who cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded their deposit. 

For appointments that do not require a deposit you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Clients that show up more than 10 minutes late to an appointment will be rescheduled and charged a 50% cancellation fee or forfeit of their deposit.

No show appointments will result in future declination of services.

If you no show for your touch up appointment, or do not meet the 6-8 week timeline you will be required to pay a $100 rescheduling fee.
